Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days from our store in Unley, South Australia.
Delivery Australia-wide generally takes 3–5 business days. During sale periods, public holidays, or peak gifting times, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.
Special-order, handmade, bulky, or fragile items may take longer and will be noted on the product page.

Many of our products are natural or handmade, and variations in colour, size, texture, or finish are part of their character and not considered faults.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll work to make it right in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days for eligible, unused items in original condition — excluding sale items, live plants, gift cards, clearance, and special-order products.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

We offer flat rate standard shipping of $15 Australia-wide, with free shipping on orders over $149.
Click & Collect is also available free from our store at 80 Unley Road, Unley.
Some bulky or fragile items may require a separate shipping quote.
